Day 57

I have missed a couple days, but I hope to get back on the horse soon!!


Day 52

Breakfast: eggs, potatoes, sausage, and two cups of coffee

Lunch: didn’t happen

Dinner: Spinach wrap and french fries

Today was a very stressful day!! I am glad its almost done, and that I get a new day tomorrow. I got the chance to work through some things and gain new perspectives, which I think helped

Day 51

This day was a mess. I can say that I went to Red Robin’s for dinner and had their teriyaki chicken sandwich with french fries, but lunch was an assortment of noodles, sliced meat, yogurt covered nuts, chocolate, and others.

I am amazed that I managed to do so well last semester, even though I was out drinking multiple days on the weekend, and here I am struggling so much after one night. There are a couple other reasons I am struggling, but honestly alcohol is the main one. I have three nights of sleep that I am missing, and stress coming from relationships. I hope I can get it all figured out soon.

Day 50

Breakfast/lunch: grilled cheese and syrup, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and orange juice

A friend of mine told me to try grilled cheese and syrup. It could have been the fact that it was dining hall food, but I didn’t like it

Dinner: Blue sushi. I cannot remember the specific ones, but my date and I split an appetizer and three rolls.

Some alcohol, I am posting this before I go out, so I don’t know how much

I can’t believe I have made it to day 50!! There were some good days, some bad days, a lot of days where I just did what was easy, but I can honestly say that writing what I eat down has helped me put more thought into what I eat and the decisions I make. I hope to focus more on those decisions for the next 50 days, and to keep this up.

Day 49

Breakfast: Omelet, yogurt/granola/mandarin oranges, scone, and coffee

Lunch/dinner: Godfather’s cheese pizza, natures valley bar, two sugar cookies, and a bag of chex mix

I pulled an all nighter on this night. It was on accident, which has never happened to me before. Even though I didn’t get sleep, I am very happy with how things turned out.

Day 48

Breakfast: Two hard boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, coffee, a scone, and yogurt/granola/mandarin oranges

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Spinach wrap and french fries

Half baked Ben and Jerry’s

I watched The Hunting Ground tonight. Afterwards we had a panel of faculty who deal with sexual assault on our campus. I thought it was very moving and awesome that we had such an open discussion about how our university deals with it.
